On March 7, 2024, documents obtained by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix revealed that cricketer Virat Kohli has leased more than 12 office spaces in Reach Comercia, located in sector 68, Gurugram, for a monthly rent of Rs 8.85 lakh each.
These offices have been leased to Mynd Integrated Solutions.
As per CRE Matrix, the total leased area covers 18,430 square feet.
The lease agreement was registered the previous year, with approximately Rs 57.19 lakh paid as a security deposit, according to the documents. The real estate transaction was facilitated by Virat Kohli's brother, Vikas Kohli, who is also the registered General Power of Attorney (GPA) holder.
Virat Kohli and his wife, Anushka Sharma, reside in Worli, Mumbai. In February 2024, they welcomed their second child, a son named Akaay. They also have a daughter named Vamika. In addition to their Mumbai property, Virat Kohli owns a second home in Alibaug and a property in DLF-1 Gurgaon.
