The PM will inaugurate projects exceeding Rs 10 lakh crore in UP.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate over 14,000 projects valued at more than Rs 10 lakh crore throughout Uttar Pradesh on February 19th.

These projects represent the investment proposals gathered during the UP Global Investors Summit 2023 (UPGIS 2023), which took place in February 2023. They span various sectors including manufacturing, renewable energy, IT & ITeS, food processing, housing & real estate, hospitality and entertainment, education, among others.

Approximately 5,000 attendees are expected at the event, including prominent industrialists, representatives from leading global and Indian companies, ambassadors, high commissioners, and other distinguished guests.

During the event, the Prime Minister will also initiate the construction of the Shri Kalki Dham Temple in Sambhal district. Additionally, he will unveil the temple's model and deliver an address to the gathering. The Shri Kalki Dham temple project is being undertaken by the Shri Kalki Dham Nirman Trust. Many saints, religious leaders, and other dignitaries are expected to be present at the program.
