There is excellent social infrastructure available across key areas in Gurgaon which includes the initial portion of the Gurgaon-Sohna linking road. This is the road that runs to Badshahpur from Rajiv Chowk. There are several affordable and mid-range properties available in Sohna and buyer demand is going up steadily. There is huge demand from mid and low-income groups who are looking to buy properties for end-use. Top real estate developers like Raheja, Tata Housing, Supertech and Ashiana Housing have premium projects in Sohna. Most projects are being constructed and many will be ready within a period of 1-4 years as per reports. Prices have corrected in Sohna and are quite reasonable as compared to several other parts of Delhi and NCR.
