June 26, 2024: actor Amitabh Bachchan reportedly invested approximately Rs 60 crore in three office units located in Mumbai, as revealed by documents accessed through commercial real estate analytics platform, FloorTap.com. These offices are situated within the Veer Savarkar Signature building, where Bachchan had previously acquired four offices in 2023. The property was sold to him by Veer Savarkar Projects.
According to FloorTap.com, the total area of the newly acquired office units spans 8,429 sqft. The transaction, finalized on June 20, included a stamp duty payment of Rs 3.57 crore made by the actor. Additionally, Bachchan secured three dedicated car parking spaces along with the offices.
In the previous year, Amitabh Bachchan had purchased four office units covering 7,620 sqft within the same building for Rs 28 crore. These spaces are currently leased to Warner Music India for a period of five years. Notably, several other celebrities, such as Kartik Aryan, Sara Ali Khan, and Ajay Devgn, have also invested in office spaces within this prestigious building.
