June 19, 2024: actor Abhishek Bachchan reportedly purchased six apartments spanning 4,894 sqft in Borivali, Mumbai, according to media sources. Zapkey.com data reveals these acquisitions were made at Oberoi Sky City for approximately Rs 15.42 crore.
As per Moneycontrol.com, details of the transaction indicate the first apartment covers a carpet area of 1,101 sqft and was purchased for Rs 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments, each with a 252 sqft carpet area, were sold for Rs 79 lakh each. Another 1,101 sqft apartment fetched Rs 3.52 crore. The fifth apartment, spanning 1,094 sqft, was bought for Rs 3.39 crore, while the sixth also sold for Rs 3.39 crore.
Situated on the 57th floor, these flats come with ten parking spaces in Oberoi Sky City, spread across a 25-acre area in Borivali East. This under-construction project, registered under MahaRERA, offers luxurious 3 BHK apartments and is slated for completion by December 31, 2027.
Apart from these acquisitions, Abhishek Bachchan has other real estate holdings, including the bungalow Ammu leased to SBI near Jalsa and a palatial residence in Dubai’s Jumeirah Golf Estates. His wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, and father, Amitabh Bachchan, are also known for their significant property investments, including recent purchases like a 10,000 sqft land parcel in Alibaug and a plot of the same size in Ayodhya.
