April 26, 2024: documents obtained by Zapkey show that the family of Bollywood celebrity Priyanka Chopra has rented out a bungalow in Koregaon Park, Pune, to The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited for Rs 2 lakh per month.
The Leave and License Agreement was signed by the actor's sibling, Siddharth Chopra, and mother, Madhu Chopra, with The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited on March 21, 2024. As per the documents, the company has handed over a security deposit of Rs 6 lakh and is required to pay a monthly rent of Rs 2.06 lakh.
The bungalow has a plot that measures 3754 sqft and a built-up area of 2180 sqft on the ground floor. According to the documents, the basement measures 950 sqft, the garden measures 2232 sqft, and the parking area measures 400 sqft.
During November 2023, Priyanka Chopra Jonas made a sale of two penthouses in Mumbai, each spanning 2,292 sqft, for an amount of Rs 6 crore. The two penthouses are situated on the 9th floor of Karan Apartment in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara, Andheri. Documents obtained by Zapkey.com show that the initial penthouse, covering approximately 860 sqft, was purchased for Rs 2.25 crore, while the second penthouse, which spans 1,432 sqft, was sold for Rs 3.75 crore. Abhishek Chaubey, the purchaser, paid approximately Rs 36 lakh for stamp duty for both deals. The pair of penthouses were officially recorded on separate dates in 2023, specifically on October 23 and October 25.
