7 Bollywood Celebrities Who Have Invested in Real Estate Abroad

Many Bollywood actors, much like Salman Khan, have made substantial investments in prime real estate both in India and abroad. Among these international locations, Dubai stands out as a favorite destination for many.

Salman Khan is planning to develop a 19-storey hotel on Mumbai's sea-facing Carter Road, on land owned by his mother, Salma Khan, as reported by The Times of India. Initially, this land was part of the Starlet CHS residential building, where Khan had purchased apartments with the intention of developing a residential complex.

Khan's architect, Sapre & Associates, has submitted a new plan for a "commercial centrally air-conditioned building with a height of 69.90 meters" under Mumbai's updated Development Control & Promotion Regulation (DCPR-2034). According to the proposed plan, the first two floors will feature a café and restaurant, the third floor will house a gymnasium and swimming pool, the fourth floor will be a service floor, and the fifth and sixth floors will have a convention center. Floors 7 to 19 are designated for the hotel.

Salman Khan owns several properties both in India and abroad. In Dubai, he has a luxurious apartment in The Address Downtown, near Burj Khalifa, adding significant value to his portfolio.
