Vasai, August 08, 2024: Suraksha Smart City has announced a new lottery under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) for 1BHK units. Priced at Rs 19,99,999 each, these units come with a government subsidy of Rs 2.50 lakh. The available units will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and eligible beneficiaries can apply through a lottery.
In addition to the subsidy, eligible beneficiaries with an annual household income up to Rs 6 lakh will benefit from a reduced stamp duty of just Rs 1,000. The units also offer access to a range of amenities.

Connectivity is boosted by regular services from Vasai-Virar Municipal Transport (VVMT), Thane Municipal Transport (TMT), and State Transport (ST). Additionally, ongoing infrastructure projects, such as the proposed Virar-Alibag corridor and the Bhayander-Vasai Sea Link, are expected to improve connectivity and reduce travel time.
