Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) launched the scheme of commercial parcels of shopping malls and shopping complexes in various sectors on Monday. Some of the areas where these lands are shown include Sectors 10, Pi 1, Techzone 7, and 12.
The plots range from 2,500 to 12,000 square meters and are offered at four times the FAR (Floor Area Ratio) for 60,000 to 66,000 rupees per square meter.
Officials said applications for the program can be submitted on the GNIDA website until November 12, and final offers will open on November 23.
Navin Kumar Singh, Head of Commercial Division, GNIDA said: “We have launched 11 commercial plots for those who plan to establish high-end shopping malls and shopping complexes in Greater Noida. We feel that along with the growing industrial and commercial activities, the demand for commercial establishments has increased in Greater Noida “.
According to Narendra Bhushan, CEO of GNIDA, the landholders will be awarded within one month from the award date.
