Locations and Pricing

Although the exact addresses and prices of the properties in the MHADA lottery 2025 are not yet known, the past lotteries have included a wide variety of prices and addresses across multiple income categories. In 2024 for example, MHADA was able to make 2,074 homes available priced between ₹29 lakh and ₹6.82 crore for housing. The high-income group (HIG) flats ranged from ₹1 crore to ₹6 crore plus priced from an area in-vogue (for instance, Andheri, Juhu, Tardeo, Powai and Goregaon).

In this year's lottery it will not be unexpected to have a wide variety of homes available across many locations in Mumbai. Details will be released in the coming months.

MHADA’s Affordable Housing Goals

The MHADA lottery 2025 will15 be part of a much broader housing initiative that will be laid out in the authority's 2024-25 budget. MHADA has earmarked ₹9,202 crore to be spent on providing 19,497 affordable housing units statewide, of which they will deliver 9,902 flats in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region under the Konkan Board.

This ambitious target demonstrates MHADA continuing to try and bridge Mumbai's housing deficits with home ownership at a price point where people can realistically afford them, while maintaining quality and serviceability.
