Emaar India, which is the arm of Emaar business in India, has revealed a new luxury residential project ‘Amaris’ in Sector 62, Golf Course Extension Road micro market, Gurugram. This is one of the upscale locations in the city of indelible patterns- Delhi.
Occupying an area of 24,759 sqm (6.118 acre), Amaris contains units of 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Being GRIHA-pre-certified, Amaris aims to comply with the green mobility and people-oriented agendas of the government. Following the EOI, there will be a similar process of allocation of units which will be done by draw of lots and will be telecasted live on its official social media pages. The specific date and time of the lot draw will be communicated after the EOI exercise is carried out.
