A total of 39,573 flats will be available in various areas including Dwarka, Rohini, Jasola, Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur. Of these, approximately 34,000 flats will be allocated to the low-income groups (LIG) and economically weaker sections (EWS) under the Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme. These units will be located in Ramgarh Colony, Siraspur, Loknayakpuram, Rohini, and Narela, and will be available on a first-come, first-serve (FCFS) basis with prices starting at around Rs 11.5 lakh.

The DDA General Housing Scheme will offer around 5,400 flats across higher-income groups (HIG), middle-income groups (MIG), LIG, and EWS categories. These flats, located in Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela, will be priced at 2023 rates without any escalation, with starting prices at approximately Rs 29 lakh.

Additionally, the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme will feature 173 upscale flats in Sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka. The starting prices for these flats will be around Rs 1.28 crore, catering to those seeking high-end housing. These flats will be available in both MIG and HIG categories and will be allotted through an e-auction process.
