YEIDA Authority Launches a New Multi-Storey Housing Scheme; Registration Opens on August 2, 2023 The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has announced a new housing project along Yamuna Expressway, which is good news for people looking for homes there.The recently introduced plan is a multi-story plan that will be made available on a "First Come, First Serve" basis. The recently introduced program will operate out of Sector 22D on the Yamuna Expressway.Only 2 BHK flats are being made available under the scheme, claims the YEIDA. The apartments being offered are unencumbered by any liens. On August 2, 2023, the public will be able to register for the program. There will be no completion date because this program is open-ended. Each floor will be 16 floors plus the height of the stilt.The apartments will be assigned by a random drawing. Through this housing program, the authority hopes to generate rs 194 crore.

Follow these simple steps to buy a Yamuna Expressway Plot Scheme residential property. YEIDA Plot Scheme for Medical Devices Park Lucky Draw to be Held on 19th July 2023

July 17, 2023: The opening and closing dates of the YEIDA Plot Scheme for Medical Devices Park were June 12 and July 3, 2023. The YEIDA Authority has set July 19, 2023, as the date for the lucky draw for the program. Sector 28 of the YEIDA Authority region is where the plots covered by the scheme are situated.

According to the project study, plots up to 4,000 square meters will be assigned by a random drawing. Within 60 days of the day the allotment notice was issued, the chosen beneficiaries must pay 30% of the plot's total cost. The 30 percent payment will be modified to reflect the 10% deposit amount. The customer must pay the remaining 70% in 10 equal half-yearly installments. The annual percentage rate of interest will be 10%. Buyers could also be required to pay other extra fees, such as mortgage processing fees, transfer fees, location fees, etc.

YEIDA Authority Extends Data Centre Park Yamune Expressway Plot Scheme Application Date to July 17

July 14, 2023: The Data Center Park Plot Scheme application deadline has been extended by Yamuna Authority to July 17, 2023. Alongside the Yamuna Expressway in Sector 28, the project is being developed. Earlier, the deadline for applying to the plot scheme was July 3, 2023. On June 12th, 2023, the program was first introduced, offering for sale five plots for data centers.

The authority has provided three plots totaling 40,000 square meters and two plots totaling 20,000 square meters under its YEIDA Authority Plot Scheme. One or two applications for each plot were received, according to the authority. However, in order to be eligible for the program, at least three applications must be submitted.

To assist prospective buyers in submitting their bids, the YEIDA Authority has extended the scheme's rollover period by 14 days. Plots of 40,000 square meters can be purchased for between Rs 12,819 and Rs 14,100.90 per square meter. Plots of 20,000 square meters can be purchased for between Rs 14,088 and Rs 15,496.8 per square meter. Yamuna Authority to Launch a New YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023 Near Jewar International Airport Soon

July 13, 2023: The Yamuna Authority in Noida has made the decision to introduce a new YEIDA Plot Scheme close to Jewar International Airport. The RERA (Real Estate Regulation and Development Act) would apply to the residential plot program, the authorities has affirmed. The new YEIDA Plot Scheme 2023 project report has been submitted to RERA for approval. The RERA Authority is anticipated to award the approval shortly.

Under the plan, the YEIDA administration plans to provide both residential and commercial plots. There will be four categories of residential plots available, with sizes ranging from 120 to 300 square meters. 1351 plots will be made available by the authority in a variety of Yamuna City sectors, including Sectors 16, 17, 18, 20, and 24. 17.5 percent of all YEIDA Scheme plots would be set aside for farmers whose land parcels were purchased for the scheme's construction. A One-time Settlement Scheme Introduced for YEIDA Plot Scheme Allottees to Clear their Dues

June 27, 2023: For property allottees who have not completed their financial obligations, YEIDA Authority has decided to establish a one-time payment mechanism. For the fourth time, the authorities is allowing YEIDA Plot Scheme allotees to make a payment in order to avoid having their plots annulled. Beginning on August 1st, 2023, the process for this one-time settlement plan will begin. With 9812 regular allottees, the authority has covered 15,000 allottees, including around 5,000 farmer allottees who have 7% of the total flats. The plan will run for a whole month. To make it easier for these allottees to pay off their debts, YEIDA Authority has decided to waive the panel interest for them. The authority is owed a total of around Rs. 4439 crore by the defaulter allottees. The defaulters who must pay less than Rs. 50 lakh have been given 60 days by the authority. The time frame is 90 days for defaulters who must pay more than Rs. 50 lakh. They will receive notification by letter if their plots are cancelled if they are unable to make the payment this time.
