Real estate firm Smartworld Developers has ventured into the upscale luxury real estate sector with the introduction of its high-end residential project, Smartworld The Edition. Situated on Golf Course Extension Road, Sector 66 in Gurgaon, the project marks the company's foray into the luxury real estate market.
The development spans over 10 acres with a saleable area exceeding three million square feet (msf). It is anticipated to yield revenue of Rs 6000 crore. Positioned in proximity to distinctive residential projects like golf-themed living, branded homes, and villa developments, the project boasts a G+42 floor structure, establishing itself as a landmark on the Gurgaon skyline, according to an official statement from the developer.
As stated by the developer, Golf Course Extension Road, a rapidly developing region in the Millennial City, is witnessing increased investments, particularly in residential real estate. The presence of prominent corporations, technology giants, and high-end projects has turned the area into a highly promising destination in the real estate sector.
The development comprises three twin towers featuring over 900 units of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK apartments, each including two master bedroom suites. The modern vertical facade design of these towers incorporates large windows and spacious balconies with nine-foot wide decks. Each apartment's deck includes a private jacuzzi, and the ground floor is designated for communal spaces, including meeting areas, breakout zones, meditation spaces, toddler areas, and more. The project is designed by international consulting partners such as Studio Symbiosis, Red Landscape, Greymatters, and ITH.
