May 20, 2024: Migsun Group, a developer in real estate, intends to put Rs 500 crore into four mixed-use commercial projects. The projects have been approved by RERA and cover a total area of 2 million square feet. Three out of four projects are situated along Yamuna Expressway, while one is in Greater Noida. The company plans to finance all four projects with its own funds and customer advances, aiming to finish them all by 2028.
The company has stated that the projects were named for easy remembrance. The one in Greater Noida is named ‘Migsun Central Market’, whereas those along the Yamuna Expressway are titled ‘Migsun Nehru Place 1’, ‘Migsun Nehru Place 2’, and ‘Migsun Nehru Place 3’.
With more than 40 projects under its belt, the Migsun Group has solidified its position as a key player in the real estate scene in the NCR. The team is carrying out a retail project in Rohini, Delhi. Avenue Supermarts, which runs the D-Mart retail chain, recently acquired 47,000 sqft for Rs 108 crore to expand its stores. Additionally, Migsun Group is constructing 1 million square feet of retail space on a 9-acre plot of land in Rohini. It has recently introduced a mixed-use project called Migsun Lucknow Central in Lucknow.
