New Delhi: Godrej Properties has signed an agreement to rebuild a piece of land in Wadala, Mumbai. The company said at the BSE filing, spanning over 7.5 acres, it will provide approximately 1.6 million square feet of salable space consisting of condos. The company recently sold homes worth Rs 575 crore in the second phase of its Godrej Woods project in Noida. It has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 17.01 crore for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2021-22 versus a net loss of Rs 19.26 crore in the corresponding quarter of the prior year. The company's consolidated total revenue increased to Rs 261.99 crore in the first quarter of FY22, from Rs 195.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.
