ASK Property Investment Advisors raises ₹610 crore
Its sixth real estate fund aims to raise ₹ 2,000 crore
ASK Property Investment Advisers (ASK) has announced the closure of its sixth real estate fund at ₹ 610 crore. It intends to raise ₹ 2,000 crore through this fund.
The fund will invest in Mumbai, Pune, Noida, Gurgaon, Bengaluru and Chennai based residential property markets.
Amit Bhagat, CEO (CEO) and Managing Director (MD), ASK Property Investment, said that domestic and foreign investors are responsible for 50 percent of the fund raised. The company has completed a number of investments and is poised for accelerated delivery in the face of a very healthy pipeline and a structurally resilient residential segment, he said.
In recent years, private equity investments in high yield commercial, industrial, residential and data centers have increased significantly. The increase is largely due to the influx of foreign capital into India.
