January 8, 2024: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has announced its latest plots scheme in January 2024. The authority has invited applications for mixed land-use plots located in Sector 24. These plots are located near the upcoming Noida International Airport, as per a Times Now report.

Yeida Plot Scheme 2024: How to apply?
The scheme brochure can be downloaded from Yeida’s official website www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com and may be submitted online through the Nivesh Mitra portal www.niveshmitra.up.nic with all the documents.
Yeida Plot Scheme 2024: Processing fee
A non-refundable/non-adjustable processing fee of Rs 25,000 plus GST will be applicable. The amount must be deposited through Yeida’s online portal or RTGS/ NEFT by generating challan from the Nivesh Mitra portal.
Yeida Plot Scheme 2024: Registration amount for plot allotment
An adjustable/refundable amount equal to 10% of the total premium of the plot for which the application is being uploaded must be deposited. One can deposit the amount through Yeida’s online portal or RTGS/ NEFT by generating challan from the Nivesh Mitra portal.
Yeida Plot Scheme 2024: Allotment process
According to the Yeida plot scheme official brochure, in cases where applications for the plots mentioned in the brochure are not received, then as per the Roll Over policy, the last date to submit applications can be extended twice for a period of seven days each. Subsequently, the allocation process will be conducted for the received applications based on the Objective Parameter as per the specified policy of Yeida.
Yeida Plot Scheme 2024: Scrutiny of applications
The application, along with the requisite documents, will be submitted online through a Single Window portal- Nivesh Mitra and the submitted application, along with all the documents, will be downloaded by Yeida for the purpose of Scrutiny/evaluation by the screening committee. If the applicant cannot submit the required information within the prescribed time, the application will not be considered for allotment.
