August 3: People who are waiting to invest in industrial plots have good news. On August 10, 2023, the Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) will hold an online auction for industrial sites. High-ranking authority officials claim that industrial lots for various categories are available through the E auction. A total of 89 sites for industrial projects, three for group housing societies, one for nursing homes, and ten rental halls in a factory with flats are all offered under the auction.
UPSIDA E-Auction Schedule
The UPSIDA E Auction will take place on August 10, 2023, at 10 AM. The base price for each plot has been established by the industrial authority. The authorities has also completed the final list of all the auction participants. The plots and other paperwork will be distributed to the qualified bidders.
In the previous instance, the UPSIDA had conducted an E auction of plots in cities like Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Agra, Bareilly, and Aligarh, Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Unnao etc.
The base prices of all the plots has been determined. The reserve price for Saraswati Hitech City Prayagraj, Trans Ganga in Unnao and group Housing Society in Unnao are 12.77 Crore, Rs 30.82 Crore and Rs 5.44 crore respectively.
The plots to be auctioned are available in different sizes. The plots in Saraswati Nagar are of 12, 290 sq m whereas land plots in Sumerpur are 23676.20 sq m.
