Project Timeline and Investment Details
The township is the first phase of an overall 105-acre joint development project, collectively announced by Hiranandani Communities and Pune based Krisala Group, with a total planned investment of ₹7,000 crore. The first phase will invest around ₹500 crore into the 40 acres.
The project is on track after moving through advanced planning, with land acquisition completed, and the finalisation of the relevant designs now in the works. The project is set to launch in the next 3 months, and we expect possession of the resort and villa plots for early next year; with the private residences by 2026.
Revolutionary Real Estate Model
The Della Group's development management model brings a fresh perspective to real estate by guaranteeing a minimum return of up to 9%, which is a considerable jump from the industry standard of 3%. As the developer under this model, Della Group will take a 15% fee on the topline revenue.
